Initial Consultation + Assessment
A private, in-depth conversation and Ayurvedic assessment of your constitution, current imbalance, health patterns, daily rhythm, and the life context surrounding them.
BeginPrivate Ayurvedic consultation
A private consultation with Cory is more than an assessment of symptoms, diet, or constitution. It is an exploration of the whole pattern of your health and the life your body is responding to.
Using classical Ayurveda as the foundation, Cory considers your physical health, digestion, sleep, energy, nervous system, daily rhythm, environment, emotional patterns, beliefs, relationships, and sense of purpose. She helps identify both the immediate imbalances requiring care and the deeper patterns that may be sustaining them.
Begin Your ConsultationBooking is completed through Hale Veda™ in Practice Better.
The whole story

Some people come to Cory because their digestion is struggling, their nervous system is exhausted, their sleep has become unreliable, or their body is in pain.
Others come because they can feel that something in their life is no longer true.
Often, these are not separate problems.
This highly individualized exploration looks beyond isolated symptoms to understand the larger pattern taking shape across your body, mind, daily rhythm, relationships, environment, beliefs, and sense of purpose.
This is not a standardized wellness plan. It is an opportunity to be seen as a whole person and to understand what your symptoms may be asking you to notice, change, restore, or release.
The body is always communicating
Sometimes the root of an imbalance is physical and immediate. A depleted system may need food, rest, herbs, treatment, and a more sustainable rhythm. Sometimes emotional strain, an outdated identity, a persistent belief, or an unresolved life decision is helping to sustain the pattern. Most often, several layers are moving together.
Cory's work is to discern that whole pattern without reducing your experience to a single cause.
01Where has your natural rhythm been disrupted?
02What is depleting you faster than you can restore yourself?
03Which patterns continue to repeat despite your best efforts?
04Where might fear, habit, obligation, or an old identity be shaping your choices?
05Where have you become disconnected from your own knowing?
06What is your body asking for?
07What might your life be asking of you?
What Cory considers

Cory approaches every consultation through the foundational intelligence of Ayurveda.
She considers your constitution, present imbalance, digestion, elimination, sleep, energy, nervous-system state, health history, daily routine, environment, and stage of life. Together, you may also explore the emotional patterns, beliefs, relationships, responsibilities, transitions, and questions of purpose that surround your health.
In Ayurveda, the distance between what a person inwardly knows and how they are actually living is related to prajñāparādha: acting against one's deeper wisdom. It does not imply fault or failure. It names a profoundly human experience—the gradual loss of relationship with what we know, need, or recognize as true.
Sometimes the deepest medicine begins by closing that distance.
Health is influenced by biological, environmental, relational, structural, emotional, and spiritual realities. This deeper inquiry does not assign blame or suggest that illness is the result of incorrect thinking. It helps reveal where you have agency and where a more honest relationship with yourself may become part of the medicine.
What you can expect
Before meeting with Cory, you will complete a detailed intake so she can begin understanding your health history, present concerns, daily life, and the circumstances surrounding them.
90 minutes
A private, in-depth conversation and Ayurvedic assessment of your constitution, current imbalance, health patterns, daily rhythm, and the life context surrounding them.
60 minutes
Cory returns with a synthesized understanding of the pattern, a personalized written report, and a focused protocol designed around what is most capable of changing it.
During the process
Depending on your needs, recommendations may include food and meal rhythm, herbs, sleep support, daily practices, movement, breathwork, meditation, sensory care, body therapies, cleansing, nervous-system support, spiritual inquiry, or direct changes in how you are relating to yourself and your life. The recommendations will be specific, but not excessive. The purpose is to identify the practices and decisions most capable of changing the pattern.
Who this consultation is for
You do not need to understand Ayurveda before you begin. You do need to be willing to engage honestly with what becomes clear.
Chronic, recurring, or difficult-to-explain patterns
Depletion, overstimulation, burnout, or disconnection from yourself
Multiple approaches that have not reached the underlying issue
A major transition, loss, awakening, or change in identity
A sense that your physical symptoms and the life you are living may be connected
The knowledge that something needs to change without a clear path forward
A grounded spiritual dimension to healing without vague promises or performative wellness
A willingness to participate actively and honestly in your own care
What makes Cory's approach different

Cory is a NAMA-certified Ayurvedic Doctor, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, educator, and former clinical supervisor.
Her work is grounded in extensive training under Dr. Vasant Lad and decades of direct clinical experience. She brings the precision of a clinician, the perception of a seasoned teacher, and the directness of someone who is not interested in keeping clients dependent on her.
Cory will not hand you a generic list of Ayurvedic rules. She will not reduce illness to mindset, promise a miraculous cure, or ask you to bypass medical realities with positive thinking. She will help you see the pattern more clearly, understand where change is possible, and identify the medicine that belongs to this particular moment in your life.
Her work begins with the body, but it does not end there.
The intention
The goal is not perfection, rigid compliance, or the endless management of symptoms. It is to understand what is happening within you with greater clarity; recognize the habits, circumstances, and deeper patterns that may no longer support the person you are becoming; and return to a more conscious relationship with your body, your choices, your purpose, and the intelligence moving through your life.
Ayurveda is the foundation. Alignment is the work.
